The MU Project located in the 95380 Le Louvre is a build a house of approximately 160m ².
It will be spread over three levels with a garage in the basement and two adjoining annexes to the ground floor.
In compliance and planning for a smooth integration into the local urban fabric, the project takes up the volume and the template of neighboring buildings: roof with two slopes, setting back, proportion of openings. The plot is enclosed by a brick wall in continuity of party.
in front of the wall plaster Earth Languedoc (for the wafer front gables that recognizes and recalls the classic form of the traditional house) and White RE (for smaller volumes). Parts receive a larch wood siding that provides continuity with the plant floor.
While remaining close to the traditional architecture of the town, however, the project design emphasizes a contemporary approach in thinking about space, the envelope and the use of materials.
